Analyse business applications of social media in terms of their potential to build relationships, generate new opportunities and facilitate processes.
Tasks
1. Pick an organization that is actively using social media. Pay special attention, of course, to their use of the web but you may also search for articles or outside commentary on the organization and its use of social media.
2. Describe the way the business is using social media using lessons learned in the readings.
3. Critique the effectiveness of the organisation's use of social media using lessons learned in the readings.
