Describe an Organization Paper- write a description of an organization of which you have been a member. Examples could include sports teams, church groups, places of employment, fraternities or sororities, etc. In addition to naming and describing the type of organization, you will also select3 of the following topics to address in your paper:
- purpose, vision, mission, values
- size, structure (flat or tall hierarchy, team design or other)
- types of policies and rules
- types of leadership and management
- a description of how you perceive the organizational culture to be
- types of interpersonal relationships existing within the organization
- recruiting and interview types and processes
- types of interaction internal and external to the organization
