Examine resistance to change and leadership response to resistance.
Resistance to change can be beneficial in some respects in protecting organizations from impulsive decisions. Identify a time when resistance to change served your organizational well.
Based on your experience, respond to the following:
a) Describe the situation and the leadership behavior.
b) What was the source of the resistance, and how was this identified?
c) Describe how the leader handled the resistance and came to a decision.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
