From an educational perspective, nursing curricula should strengthen training related to pregnancy loss, bereavement communication, trauma-informed care, and family-centered practice. The study also supports future research evaluating interventions that improve psychological outcomes, continuity of care, and patient satisfaction following stillbirth. Because the methods were thoroughly described, the study could be replicated in other healthcare systems and more diverse populations to evaluate the consistency of the findings.
