As a result of the ACA, the roles of practitioners in a health care system will change. Nurse practitioners and physician's assistants will be used to deliver face-to-face care, with the physician’s oversight.

The University of Michigan currently has a full disclosure model in place to deal with medical malpractice. What impact has it had on the cost of malpractice insurance and the cost of medical care for the patients and physicians in that health system?
