Describe the rhetorical situation of a piece of writing

Problem

Decoding Bitzer's article can be difficult because, like Brandt, he's writing to an audience of teachers and scholars (this time it's of rhetoric, though). However, his theory is the foundation to effective writing from the academic, social, occupational, and all contexts in between. you'll need to have read and taken notes on Bitzer's "The Rhetorical Situation." The purpose of this is for you to become more familiar with Bitzer's terms/ideas and how to use them.

For this post, first, define the rhetorical situation. Remember that the rhetorical situation is a complex including three key terms (exigence, audience, and constraints); in defining the rhetorical situation, you can and should use these three terms. Use as many sentences as necessary.

In a second paragraph, describe the rhetorical situation of a piece of writing you're currently working on (or one that's due soon). This piece of writing could be for school, for work, or something you're completing personally or socially. It does not need to be academic or a traditional essay; it could be an email, a social media post, a poster, or just about any other genre. Be sure to incorporate those three key terms into your explanation.
