Think of a time when you had to work with others (it could have occurred in a team at work or at school or at an organization you belonged to) to accomplish something - a project, a group presentation, etc. Briefly describe what the task was and then answer all of the following questions below:
i. What was the team's overall goal?
ii. What was your job within the group?
iii. How were the jobs distributed?
iv. How well did your group function? Did anyone on the team behave in counterproductive ways such as, clowning around.
v. Was the outcome successful?
vi. Would you happily work with those team mates again on another project? Why or why not?
vii. How would you rate your overall experience and why?
