Write a 3-4 page paper Describing a meeting. Describe the processes you observed. Who participated? How did their participation affect group process? Who seemed to be in control? How did you know that? What was the group climate like? How could you tell?
At the end of your paper, discuss your reactions to your attempt at trying to observe: What was hard or easy about it? What would you do differently? How can you apply what you learned to help the task groups you work with?
