Problem: Various kinds of techniques, frameworks, methods or practices that fulfill the values and principles of the Manifesto are included in this lesson, some of which have been around for decades. Examples are such things as Kanban, and elements of Six Sigma. Working as a team research these two approaches and describe how they are related to the Agile Manifesto with respect to their foci and values.
