Note the Star Box Company is not unionized, so workers can be retrained and reassigned elsewhere within the line. However, management does not wish to lay-off, furlough, or fire any workers. If management does not wish to use overtime, but is willing to hire additional workers, would additional workers be needed, and if so, how many and where?
