Assignment Task: Poka-Yoke
Poka-yoke is a Japanese term formed from "yokeru," which means "to avoid," and "poka," which means "inadvertent errors." Poka-yokes are devices or methods that make a process "mistake-proof" or "error-proof."
Poka-yoke devices fall into two major categories:
Prevention-Devices that make it almost impossible to make a mistake at all.
Detection-Devices that signal a user that a mistake has been or is about to be made.
