Every company's goal is to give an excellent service or goods while maximizing profits and to this; a good strategy has to be in place.
In my current role as a data analyst for the compliance department; we look for quality measures to ensure that the patient care is by the rules and regulations with the stat of Florida. Audit reports for variances, insights, and trends are continually build to accomplish compliance; is a data-driven world. I create reports in Crystal Reports, and some of the analysis is done using SQL queries and ACCESS queries. The findings encountered help the Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) department to forecast the new areas that need to improve efficiency.
