Find a horizontal merger case within the last 15 years.
Utilizing all relevant parts of the Horizontal Merger Guidelines of the Anti-Trust Division of the Justice Department as discussed in class:
• Describe the Justice Department's (plaintiff) arguments against the proposed merger of the two businesses under scrutiny (defendants).
• Describe the Businesses (defendants) defense in response to the Justice Department's case against the proposed merger.
