Instructions
You identified the types of needs and the basic steps to conducting a needs homework.
Using the South University Online Library, the Internet, and your interactions with your local healthcare department and professionals, create a 4 to 5 pages needs homework in a Microsoft Word document that:
a. Identifies and describes in detail a public health problem that is significant in your community.
b. Provides an introduction to the problem. The introduction should describe the impact of the problem on your community and rationale for its selection.
c. Identifies, describes, and justifies your selection of the level of the public health pyramid at which the homework will be conducted
d. Develops a needs homework plan for addressing the selected problem in your community.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
