Discussion Post: Employee Benefits- The Legal Environment- Analyze a Federal Law
For this activity, read the following two Supreme Court case articles.
• Pennsylvania State Police v. Suders (03-95) 542 U.S. 129.
• General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. v. Cline (02-1080) 540 U.S. 581 (2004).
Then analyze each case following these guidelines. Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct, and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself.
• Part 1: Provide a summary of the case.
• Part 2: Describe the impact of the case for Human Resources.
• Part 3: Give your opinion of the court's decision.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
