Create a 350- to 700-word paper in which you identify human resource management's role in the health care industry. Describe the functional roles of the human resource department based on your textbook, class discussion, and Electronic Reserve Readings. Define and describe each of the roles:
Recruiting/retention
Training
Performance management
Regulatory compliance
Compensation and benefits
Your description of each role should included details as to what HR does with regard to each role. For example, in the recruiting section a description of what HR does in terms of hiring new staff should be described.
