a. Describe the corporate culture at your workplace. What are some of the shared feelings, values, beliefs, stories and heroes that make your culture unique? Is it a strong or weak culture and why?
b. What small and large changes have taken place in your organization over the last 3-5 years? Were the changes easily accepted or did it take quite some time for them to become the "new normal"?
