I. Stress and Nursing Practice
Length: 1250 to 1750 words.
Describe the case that defined you as a nurse. What happened, how were you involved? How does this case still affect you and your practice? What steps have you taken to overcome the stress of this event? (Remember to protect patient privacy).
Explain the importance of debriefings. Are they used in your workplace? If a debriefing would happen who would be involved, what would be discussed, who would lead the debriefing, where would it take place? Are debriefings possible at your workplace and would they help nurses deal with stress?

II. Integrating Evidence-Based Practice
Write a 1000 to 1500 words essay addressing each of the following points/questions.
Part A:
Describe the eight steps to integrating evidence-based practice into the clinical environment. What barriers might you face in implementing a new practice to address your research topic (as identified in Module 1)? Describe strategies that could be used to increase success including overcoming barriers.
Part B:
Describe six sources of internal evidence that could be used in providing data to demonstrate improvement in outcomes
