Were you already familiar with the phrase "servant leader"? If so, have you seen it displayed in your organization and what did it look like? If not, what are some ways that you could personally display servant leadership in your workplace?

What are some of the reasons that people tend to so highly value their position, and thus fear losing their position (besides the obvious issue of losing their financial resources)?
