1. Contracts are one of those things that affects us so often, we don't even think about them half the time. You may have agreed to something not even knowing or intending to enter into a contract. How do contracts impact your business and personal lives? Why are the elements necessary for contract formation in place?
2. Intellectual property is usually something intangible and can take many forms, yet it is often a business's most valuable property. What role does intellectual property play in your business and who owns that intellectual property?
3. Define contract and list the elements necessary to form valid traditional contracts and e-contracts.
4. Describe and distinguish among valid, void, voidable, and unenforceable contracts.
5. Describe offer, acceptance, and consideration.
6. Identify illegal contracts that are contrary to statutes and that violate public policy.
7. Describe e-commerce and define e-contract.
8. List and describe the different types of real property.
