Imagine a past success story where you demonstrated INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CO-WORKERS AND/OR CUSTOMERS in a work setting and narrate the Situation, Actions and Results you underwent to be successful:
Interpersonal Relationships with co-workers and/or customers: Involves the ability to build trust and enthusiasm.
i. Situation: Describe the issue, challenge, or opportunity you directly encountered. Use enough explanation for your audience to understand why you decided to take action.
ii. Actions: Describe the steps you followed to resolve the issue or problem or to capitalize on an opportunity. Give specifics that show you individually took the steps needed to make this scenario successful.
iii. Results: Explain what happened as a result of your actions. Concrete, measurable outcomes, such as "four more participants were able to be involved regularly," "we had no more incidences of this sort that summer," or "this saved the agency $XX.XX," are potent indicators of success.
