Assignment: Leadership Powerpoint Presentation
Whether you plan to serve as a leader or not, it is beneficial to identify your leadership style. At some point in your life or career, you may be faced with leading a project, directing a social group, or providing some oversight for an initiative personally or professionally. Knowing your leadership style can help you to recognize your response and approach to situations and hone the skills that could better the situation. Complete the leadership style assessment: What's Your Leadership Style? (results are at the bottom of this.) Then:
o Develop a PowerPoint presentation.
o Include the following assignment points:
i. Summarize your assessment outcomes and leadership style. a. You can include charts, figures, or graphs if you choose
ii. Describe how your leadership style benefits you personally and/or professionally.
iii. Summarize the pros and cons for this leadership type
iv. Use one or more articles or credible sources from the CSU-Global library to support your ideas, assertions, and claims.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
