Problem
When we work with quality tools, these can be used to set up data-gathering and hypotheses- such as the 5 Whys, and maybe applications that create data, such as looking at productivity when we implement tools (for a baseline, i.e.), and then implementing quality tools to determine performance improvements such as time saved if LEAN is used. Most situations will not be the same because of the different practices in organizations and industries.
