Project Description
Describe an innovative software development project that will be used during the whole duration of this course. Your document should contain the following:
Project overview:
Limitations of the current system.
Description of your proposed system.
Provide also the client for whom the work will be done, and the list of team members and email addresses. A maximum of 3 students per group.
Assignment 1.2
Project Description
Part -1:
Describe and justify the process to be followed, e.g., modified waterfall model, iterative refinement, incremental development, phased development, etc
Describe how you will keep in contact with the client and report progress, and how you will communicate among your team.
List all the different tasks needed to successfully deliver the project that was the subject of the assignment 1.1. A minimum of 5 tasks and 2 milestones are required.
You need to set the precedence between your tasks along with the expected duration based on the size of your team.
Part-2:
Design your risk management plan including all the potential risks that might affect successful development of the above project, prioritize and analyze all the risks and provide your detailed strategies to avoid, minimize or manage (contingency plan) those risks.
