Discussion Post: Effective Leadership Exploration
In this discussion, we will explore your ideas and assumptions about leadership using images. Your goal is to select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership. You will then reflect on your image to help you understand your expectations of leaders. For example, viewing leaders as facilitators presents a considerably different image from viewing them as parents.
First, select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership and share and describe it in your post. Your description should include three parts:
a) Describe the image.
b) Describe four characteristics revealed by the photo that relate to why you chose it.
c) Describe how the image connects to you as a leader, focusing on your strengths and weaknesses.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
