Assignment task: In this exercise, you will need to breach a social norm (e.g., related to gender, etiquette, sequencing).
During this experiment, you are not to tell people that you are engaging in an experiment as the point of the exercise is to gauge people's reactions to your behavior which transgresses a social norm. It is imperative that during and following your breach of the norm, you act as if nothing out of the ordinary is occurring.
Please keep in mind that people are highly invested in following and maintaining social norms, so if anyone gets overly upset during this experiment, please abort.
