You have read about the unique challenges of those who need to balance work and family life including parenting. As a parent, student, or adult child, reflect on your own challenges and how you find balance. Describe at least one challenge you have successfully met including a specific strategy and one you are working on. In your paper identify how the resources reviewed provided some new ideas regarding how to balance all that you do.
