Describe at least four specific observations you could make

Problem

Imagine that you awaken in a hospital room in an unfamiliar town. As you wait in your hospital bed looking out the window, the only thing you can see is a shopping mall across the street. From this perspective, you can see one side of the mall building, and various people and vehicles coming and going, but you're too far away to read any signs or words, and you cannot leave your hospital bed to get a closer look. Based on what you might see from your distant and limited perspective of the outside of the mall, what could you infer about the inside of the mall? (For example, can you tell what types of shops it might have? Can you tell what type of town is the mall in? How big is the part of the mall that you cannot see? etc.) Describe at least four specific observations you could make from your hospital window, and explain what each observation can tell you about the inside of the mall or the town in which it's located. Remember, you are far from the mall, but you can still make some educated guesses based on the distant observations you might.
