I am first disappointed that my Zoom recording did the same thing as it did with Trudy's. I had no way to check, but now I know what happened and it is good to know for the future. I also can tell just how uncomfortable I am with being the center of attention on camera. I am well educated about depression yet on camera and being recorded makes me blank sometimes and I caught myself using "uh", a common word when words escape you, and it made me realize just how much the decline in my social life over the past 6 years as impacted my ability to convey information that I know a lot about and how I am not used to being a leader to others since I have worked independently for a retail service company so I have no coworkers.
