- The content of your proposal should be divided into logical sections with precise, descriptive headings. The body of your proposal should include the following information with the specified minimum and maximum word counts:
- A background of the problem that is tailored to the informational needs of the specific users and stakeholders
- A problem statement that explains the scope and significance of the problem to the specific users and stakeholders
- More than one potential solution that you researched and considered, as well as the evaluation criteria you used for selecting the proposed solution
