1. Demonstrate additional competency in project management by preparing a succinct report that integrates a project you have been a part of.

The project is moving 150 people and IT equipment to a new location. Our organization has undergone a new alignment and part of the reorganization is merger departments, redesign office space and move people and IT equipment for operation efficiency.

4. Project management always refers to the Triple Constraint (time. Cost and scope) and involves a project team.

5. Report should be 100% ORIGINAL and must site all sources in APA format. This paper will be turned in a website called turnitin.com and my report must be less than 10% similar to other report. Therefore a again stress this report must be original.

6. Report must be at least 8 pages, if less than 8 pages, it must be well detailed to justify why the 8 page requirement was not met.

7. Include topics of BI, ERP, CRM in the project manager section to identify solutions for the managerial challenges- see below definitions of BI, ERP and CRM. Use when and were applicable.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) set of software applications that help an organization determine the needs and preferences of their customers by managing, organizing, tracking and storing all customer interactions. CRM systems use advanced technology to replace the handwritten, manual documentation processes of the past. CRM systems allow users to document everything, from simple contact information to specific conversations with customers.
