Discussion Post: Leadership
Reflect on what you have learned about leadership theories. Some theories support the idea that leaders are born - are most influenced by genetic factors and inherited traits. Others leadership theories support the idea that leaders are made - are most influenced by environmental factors and are developed.
Define what leadership means to you. Take a position and tell the class whether you believe leaders are born or made. Support your position with an example from research done in the book or on the internet from credible sources. Use relevant course terminology and site your sources.
