Discussion Post: Characteristics of Persona. Research Report on Scrum
• Part I (1000 words): Define the characteristics of persona, features, scenarios, and user stories. ALSO, identify the transition sequence between persona and features.
• Part II (500 words): Explain why it is helpful to develop a number of personas representing types of system user before you move on to write scenarios of how the system will be used.
• Part III (3000 words): Write a research report to discuss how each of the Scrum, Scrum Team, Scrum Event, Scrum Artifact components relate to one another and MUST NOT consist of a series of definitions.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
