Any research done HAS to have citations at the end of any paragraph or contained within the paragraph. Do not write any information without supporting it with facts, and citing the facts

Example of how the in text citations should look:

"To pinpoint Mike's strengths and weaknesses, I sat with him over the course of a month observing his different approaches and styles to his day-to-day operations. In my opinion, I would have to say one of his main strengths is analytical skills, followed by drive. His analytical skills consist of strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, and intellectual curiosity (Dries & Pepermans, 2012). Mike does not actively seek the opinions of others but when he is offered feedback, he uses the information and looks for ways to incorporate it with his own ideas. The other strength Mike possess, drive, is demonstrated by how he is driven to create change with the analytical data he looks at every day. Perseverance and dedications are other factors that drive Mike's quest for excellence. He demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and his passion for positive results demonstrates motivation (Dries & Pepermans, 2012).
