Problem:
Assess and discuss your organization's existing level of emotional intelligence in the workplace. Include a discussion about the relationship between emotional intelligence and your organization's readiness for change. Evaluate your organization in terms of its readiness for change based on what you perceive as its current level of organizational emotional intelligence. Based on this evaluation, as well as understanding that all organizations are capable of improvement, develop and propose a minimum of three recommendations that could be implemented to enhance the emotional intelligence and change readiness in your workplace.
