Define moral foundations that are universal in human society

Problem:

As background for this question remember that Jonathan Haidt has outlined five "moral foundations" that are universal in human societies.  These are caring, fairness, loyalty, authority, and sanctity.

I witness someone else in my workplace (who is a friend) act dishonestly (by taking several pieces of paper from the photocopier in order to take home for personal use). In debating with myself whether I should confront them, which "moral foundations" are potentially at odds here (and explain why they are at odds). Because some moral foundations are at odds, what might Ariely suggest we be especially aware of here with respect to our own behavior? Make specific reference to the relevant readings when answering.
