Decade or two decade ago organizations, government, companies or even people in general used to make decision with no previous researches that the decision would be based on. Making decision was something individuals can make randomly without research, questionnaire or finding some information. Sometimes they don’t even involve people who should be involved in a decision making or the environments or decision making such as advisers and expertise.
These days decision making not something can be made by one party or one side. Departments and leaders will be involved in making the decision for the public sector or administration and of course the public audience, people who are members of an organizations or who participate in way or another with the organization. I would like t policy Whom) in my thesis and I would be considering the following points:

Decision making is something comes with the times and the experiences that the government have been through, it can be war or it can be crisis within the country, financial problems or riots regarding to anything that the public where demanding for, such as lack of jobs or specific services in the public sector where expecting it to provide for the public as is it one of their rights or they have been given promises about.
