Assignment Task:
Critical essay (title, introduction, body, conclusion, reflection) about Autism Spectrum Disorder where it is discussed:
- Definition of the diagnosis,
- Diagnostic features,
- Statistics,
- Prevalence of diagnosis,
- Aspects that can explain its causes
Citing at least 3 scientific investigations of 5 years or less. In addition, it will reflect on the relevance of the information collected and analyzed for the social work profession and, using the NASW code of ethics, it will identify a possible ethical dilemma that a social worker could encounter in the intervention with children and adolescents with this diagnosis and how to solve it.
