Care plan: Vaccination
In your Community course you were assigned to work in the Islote de Juana Díaz neighborhood. When assessing the community, one of the main problems is that most of the community members are not vaccinated against German measles, smallpox, diphtheria and polio. Most of its members have very little education and state that they do not have much information about the benefits of vaccines. In addition, they have limited access to Health Services due to geographic distance. Develop a plan of care for this community.
