Create presentation to show organization content

Because of time constraints, you will not be able to include all of the details from a previous research paper in your presentation. You will need to carefully plan your delivery to include a succinct introduction, a concise body that includes your main points and citations to support them, and a brief but effective conclusion. As you make choices for what information you will actually present, well-designed visual aids can both support and reinforce your major points

Task:

Prepare a presentation for your research topic.

A. Create a presentation script or outline showing the organization of your presentation content. Your script or outline should do the following:

1. Provide an introduction that catches your audience's attention.

a. Provide the thesis statement for your presentation.

b. Preview your presentation's main points.

2. Have a body that addresses two to three main points of your topic. (Based on the time limitations, you will not have time to discuss more than three main points of your topic.)

a. Support each point with research and evidence.

3. Provide a conclusion that ends with an effective closing strategy.

a. Summarize the main points of your presentation.

B. Create and use a readable, appropriately designed visual aid (e.g., chart, graph, picture, model) for the presentation. (You will submit a copy of your visual aid in this task and for evaluation in the LUT Task 2 in TaskStream.)
