2) Create a detailed exit interview process that the company could implement into the daily operations. Discuss any related items (which should include details like who will complete the interviews, who will be interviewed, when will they occur, what questions will be asked, where will they occur, how will the company use the data gathered, etc.) For each of these items, explain why this is the best approach.
