Assignment task:
Using OneSearch in the UMGC online library, search for at least 5 scholarly articles addressing how organizations can respond to unplanned change (internal or external). The articles need to be current - published within the past five years.
Consider including some of the following terms in your search: ("manage* skills" and/or "manage* practices"), "external organization* factors", "organizational structure", "internal organization* factors", "unplanned change", ("management skills" and "unplanned change").
Articles should focus on current research in management studies, ideally less than 5 years since publication.
Create an Annotated Bibliography: Guidance on writing an annotated bibliography can be found here. As the format suggests, the articles should be summarized in 2-3 paragraphs. Your annotations should explain how the findings are relevant for your paper / how they are going to support your analysis.
