Create a slide presentation describing the role of an individual user of health records.
Examples of individual users you could describe include physicians, billers and coders, or nurses. Your presentation should include 5 to 8 slides that address the following points:
Identify the user.
Describe the role of the user in terms of health record usage.
When does the user access and use the health record?
Why does the user use the health record, or why is the record necessary to that user's position?
How does this use of the record affect patient care and quality?
Be sure you properly cite the article or any other resources used.
Add presenter's notes to each slide of the presentation that include talking points and details.
