Reflect on your personal leadership behaviors related to focus, personal motivation factors, and core values, and assess how they relate to your role as a leader. Create a graphic to visually articulate the relationships among focus, personal motivation, values, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness in your personal leadership behavior. Integrating this week's resources, compose a paragraph or two to identify areas in need of improvement.
