The company boasts a diversified product portfolio that includes fashion, luggage, watches and cutlery. The company is also innovative and invests in latest technologies. The company, in collaboration with TRG group is the leading innovator in the luggage market. The company's weaknesses include the fact that its products are highly priced. This makes them out of reach of the mass market and limits growth.

Threats facing the company include a dynamic and uncertain global marketplace where products are becoming increasingly similar. There are also risks inherent given the strong reliance of the company on global markets. This include global threats such as terrorism or even a global economic slowdown that can result in cancellation of orders. Moreover, the global fragrance market is in decline. Victoronox also faces tough competition from its rivals.

Globalization also presents the company with an opportunity for growth. The growing middle class in emerging economies also provides the company with an opportunity to increase its profits. An aspirational consumer class around the world also provides a potential market for the company's high quality and innovative products. A burgeoning middle class market in emerging markets also presents positive prospects for the company.
