She attempted to overdose on Seroquel. She is endorsing suicidal ideations with intent and a plan. She has had one previous suicide attempt recently via overdose on multivitamins. She denies homicidal ideation. She has a history of self-harm via cutting. Her depression manifests itself by isolating herself and having energy. Pt has issues focusing. She sometimes feels helpless, hopeless, and worthless. The patient denies guilt and anhedonia. The patient denies panic attacks but does have anxiety. She denies insomnia and nightmares.
