Create a better work-life balance for employees


Problem: Even with those challenges, there are still many things I enjoy about remote work. I appreciate the flexibility, reduced commuting time, and having more control over my daily routine. I also think remote or hybrid work options can create a better work-life balance for employees who are managing responsibilities like school or family obligations. One thing I may dislike, though, is the lack of face-to-face interaction and connection with coworkers. Sometimes remote work can feel isolating, and it may be harder to fully experience an organization's culture or build strong workplace relationships from a distance. How do the challenges they shared reflect what you learned in this module about the challenges organizations might face when considering moving toward a hybrid workforce?
