Contemplating filing a lien against owners property


Fact Scenario:

Geddy Construction (GC) has a written contract with Owner to renovate an existing meat processing plant in Lawton, Oklahoma. The contract is governed by the 2017 Edition of AIA Document A201. GC executes a written subcontract with Subterranean Construction (Sub) to perform a portion of the work.  Because of delays, Owner withholds payment from GC who, in turn, withholds payment from Sub. 

Sub is contemplating filing a lien against Owner's property.
