Contamination levels of the surgeons

A new scrub method is being issued for operating rooms at kindred hospital prior to issuing the new technique they measured the contamination levels of the surgeons with their previous scrub technique, they then measured it again later with the new technique. The following contamination levels were reported for the 4 hospital surgeons.

Surgeons

A B C D
Old Technoque 6.6 9.0 11.2 6.3
New Technique 6.8 7.4 8.1 3.4

At a significance level of .05, can we conclude that the contamination measurements are lower with the new scrub technique?
