Conduct right-tailed hypothesis test at significance level

Discuss the following:

Q1. If you were to conduct right-tailed hypothesis test at 5% significance level, you choose the critical value this way. Assuming that the null hypothesis is true, you will find the value of the test statistic for which the probability of obtaining a value less than the specified value is 0.05. Is this true? Explain answer.

Q2. The procedure, generally, for deciding whether the null hypothesis should be rejected is that, roughly, there is a range of values of the test statistic which one could reasonably expect to occur if the null hypothesis were true. If the value of the test statistic is one that would not be expected to occur when the null hypothesis is true, then we accept the null hypothesis. is this true? Explain answer.
